Service A

We offer three services.   Service A is where you can look through our shop and buy items that are currently in stock.  These items are despatched to you within 3 working days.

Service B

Service B is when you select different colours in styles you already see on our site or provide us with specific details on a piece you would like made up.  This item is then made up and sent out to you.  Items that we do not have in stock immediately have to be ordered in and then made up.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Service C

Service C is an Enchantments party at your home.  It costs nothing to host a party, in fact you benefit from this.  The host gets 10% of the total order value excluding their own.  The host can then choose this value of jewellery for free.  An extra £10 worth of jewellery is given for every £200 sold.  Please note that we can currently only cover certain areas of West Midlands and Staffordshire.  Please check to see if your area s covered.  If we don't cover your area you can have a catlogue party, the same incentives will apply.
